The Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions.
The role uses marketing expertise to understand client needs, propose valuable strategies, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and advertising sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on customized proposals and solutions.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven business development experience with a strong marketing or advertising background.
- Proven understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and client requirements.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, SEO, and branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
