Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Assistant to support field marketing activities within the healthcare sector across the UAE.
The role involves executing outdoor marketing campaigns, healthcare promotions, and event support to enhance brand visibility and engagement with healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of UAE experience in field marketing, outdoor promotions, or healthcare/medical marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of field marketing campaigns and healthcare promotional activities.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical centers for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing healthcare events, exhibitions, product launches, and roadshows.
- Distribute marketing materials, samples, and product information in assigned territories.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain updated records of contacts, visits, and event schedules.
- Track and report field marketing performance and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies.
