Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and professional Legal Assistant / Client Intake Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Follow up with leads and convert them into consultations

Schedule appointments and maintain client records

Assist lawyers with administrative and client-related tasks

Ensure prompt and professional communication with prospective clients

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer service, sales, legal assistance, or client relations

Fluent in English

Russian-speaking candidates are preferred (all nationalities welcome)

Well-organized, professional, and detail-oriented

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
