About the Role

- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support corporate governance and risk management initiatives.
- Handle disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel when required.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.
- Monitor changes in UAE legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
- Assist with company licensing, regulatory approvals, and government related legal matters.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree (LLM) is an advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and regulatory laws
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred

Job Summary
