Overview

**Damen Middle East** is looking for a highly organized and proactive **Marketing Assistant** to ensure our global marketing activities run seamlessly.

You will provide critical operational, administrative, and financial support to our marketing management team, helping to maintain Damen’s high standards in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Operational Support:** Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, content, and channel operations.
  • **Logistics:** Manage travel, internal events, meetings, and departmental visits for the management team.
  • **Financial Coordination:** Handle budget administration, ERP-related cost entries, purchase orders, and supplier invoicing.
  • **Alignment:** Facilitate smooth communication between Marketing and other global divisions, preparing periodic reports for internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, office management, or resource management.
  • Proficiency with **ERP/accounting tools** (e.g., SAP, MXP) and Microsoft Office.
  • A structured, results-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-departmental environment.
