- Act as a bridge between business and technical/data teams
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to define reporting needs and performance metrics
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks
- Drive consistency in KPI definitions and data governance practices
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in Business Analysis or BI/reporting roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering experience
- Proven ability to translate business needs into BI/data solutions
- Experience with Power BI and ERP systems (D365, SAP, IFS)
- Mandatory experience in project based, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Exposure to finance, business control, or operations

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and data/IT teams.
