About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote warehousing, transportation, and logistics solutions
- Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content
- Develop engaging content for digital media channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies when required
- Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing campaigns and email marketing activities
- Promote cross selling opportunities for transportation and other value added logistics services
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer information within CRM systems
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and lead generation activities
- Ensure consistency of the company's branding across all communication channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, media, or digital marketing, preferably within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, media, or digital marketing, preferably within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns
