About the Role

- Execute business strategy to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for hotel partners in Saudi
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and business development opportunities
- Manage end to end ownership of new hotel acquisitions and existing hotel account management
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop destinations and organize workshops/exhibitions
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Minimum 3 years of expertise in sales, business development, revenue/yield management in online travel, hospitality, or e commerce industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail oriented and fast learning capability

- The Accommodation team drives growth of the global accommodation business; this role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia managing MEA markets.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Execute business strategy to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for hotel partners in Saudi.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop destinations, organize workshops, and attend exhibitions.
- Own end to end new hotel acquisitions and existing account management.
- Identify high potential prospects, lead contracting, and focus on quality and quantity of new signings.
- Maintain and enhance existing partnerships, monitor performance, and grow revenue.
- Ensure hotel content, rates, availability align with company objectives and offer best value.
- Collaborate with operations and cross functional teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Very proactive with strong sense of ownership.
- Team player with a driven 'get it done' attitude.
- Detail oriented and fast learning capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative, innovative, able to drive and manage change.
