We run fleet vehicle maintenance across multiple locations and we are opening new markets in other states.

We are hiring a few people to learn this business from the ground up and then go open and run those markets themselves.

The path

• Months 1–6, Miami, in person. You shadow the person running this operation every day. Operations, financials, parts, vendors, payroll, sales, and the systems that hold it together. Not one department — all of it.
• Then a market of your own, if you have earned it. South Carolina, New York, California, or wherever we go next. Not everyone gets there on the same timeline, and some people will not get there at all.
• In that market, you build it. Hiring and managing your crew, winning accounts and handling the sales, negotiating contracts, running the numbers, and making the calls.
• Then you train the next one. The people who do this well are the people we keep building around.

What we are looking for

• Three or more years of real work experience; fleet, automotive, logistics, or operations is a plus
• Strong with numbers and organized enough to build the tracking, not just read it
• Comfortable with people — you will be hiring, managing, and selling
• No ego. Most of the work is unglamorous and you will be doing it alongside everyone else
• Able to travel or relocate quickly
• Looking for a long-term seat, not a stepping stone
