Fleet Sales Representitive

Based in Pompano Beach, we're a fleet vehicle maintenance and repair shop that also runs a full-service body shop. This is a dedicated new-business role — bringing in fleet accounts we don't already have.

Looking for someone who's genuinely good at opening doors and starting relationships from zero.

Prospect South Florida businesses running their own vehicle fleets — delivery/courier services, HVAC/plumbing/electrical companies, municipal or utility fleets, and similar

Identify and pursue medium to large fleets that could use a reliable maintenance and repair partner

Handle the front end of the sale — outreach and meetings — while leadership helps bring deals across the finish line

Maintain an active pipeline and check in weekly on progress

A track record in outside sales or B2B business development; experience in fleet, automotive, or industrial services helps but isn't required

Comfortable cold calling and showing up in person to pitch — not a role for someone waiting on inbound leads

Confident closer who can operate independently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Based in, or open to being based in, the Pompano Beach area

Existing network among local fleet owners or operators

Familiarity with fleet card or leasing programs (Element, WEX, Merchants, etc.)
