Hiring – Marine Surveyor | Iraq Project | Shafa Group
Shafa Group is currently looking for an experienced Marine Surveyor for a Marine Piling & Infrastructure Project in Iraq.
Location: Iraq (Must be willing to relocate to Iraq for a 5–6 month project assignment)
Key Experience Required
- Marine construction, offshore, and infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in tubular piling works (Mandatory)
- Marine piling, steel pile, and sheet pile works
- Port, jetty, quay wall, dredging, and coastal infrastructure projects
- Conducting hydrographic, topographic, and marine surveys for construction activities
- Setting out survey coordinates, levels, alignments, and pile positioning works
- Experience in survey data processing, as-built preparation, and technical reporting
- Coordination with project, engineering, and site execution teams
- Operation of modern marine survey instruments, GPS, total stations, echo sounders, and related survey software
- Knowledge of marine construction methods, quality standards, and HSE requirements Requirements:
- Strong site coordination and technical survey experience
- Ability to work in challenging offshore/marine environments
- Must be willing to relocate to Iraq for the project duration
