Manufacturing Technician

Highway Machine Co. is looking for a dependable Manufacturing Technician to join our Princeton, Indiana manufacturing team.

This position is focused on P&H operations, supporting the production, finishing, material handling, and preparation of large, custom-manufactured gears and components.

You’ll work alongside experienced manufacturing employees to prepare, finish, move, and package large components throughout the production process.

What you’ll do:

• Perform P&H operations including part finishing, preparation, and other production support activities
• Perform finishing processes such as deburring, sandblasting, shot peening, and painting
• Load, unload, and move large components and materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
• Prepare and package completed parts for shipment
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Maintain material flow between departments and production areas
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and other departments to support production
