CNC Programmer

$30.00 to $36.00 per hour

Highway Machine Co. is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Princeton, Indiana manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment used to manufacture large, precision gears and components.

You'll work with experienced machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to produce complex components used across a variety of industries.

This is an opportunity to work with large-scale precision machining rather than repetitive high-volume production.

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs
• Set up and operate CNC machinery
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Select tooling and determine appropriate speeds and feeds
• Inspect parts and troubleshoot machining issues
• Work with Engineering and Quality to resolve production issues
• Help improve machining processes and efficiency

What we're looking for:

• CNC programming and machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
