DESCRIPTION: Manage manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Support and develop a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure consistent execution of production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in support of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Manage day-to-day operations including production planning, workflow optimization, resource allocation, quality compliance, safety programs, and employee development.

Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to achieve operational excellence.

Implement process improvements through Practical Process Improvement (PPI), Lean, and other methodologies while maintaining strict adherence to GMP, ISO, and safety standards.

Build effective teams through leadership, training, performance management, and career development.

Create a positive work environment focused on safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
