Minimum 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role supporting manufacturing or industrial customers.
Plus either:
5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial operations (engineering, CI, production leadership, field operations), or
5+ years selling or supporting technical solutions into manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, standardized work, and operational KPIs.
Comfort engaging with AI-powered tools and the ability to articulate how AI features — such as intelligent search, automated reporting, and predictive insights — translate into operational value on the frontline.
Experience delivering customized product demonstrations and leading technical discussions with both operational and IT stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear operational outcomes and business value.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage site managers, CI leaders, IT teams, and C-suite executives.
Experience contributing to PoCs, solution design, or technical validation processes.
Fluency in English required.
Willingness to travel within North America (up to 50%).
