Lead cross-functional optimization projects focused on warehouse operations, material flow, labor productivity, inventory movement, and operational efficiency.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems, or material handling automation.
Exposure to AI tools, automation technologies, or advanced operational analytics.
Manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering background.
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
Project Management Professional Certification.
Experience supporting automation, goods-to-person systems, or material handling equipment initiatives.
