The Manufacturing Program Manager is a new role responsible for revamping and effectively managing the production process for PVC and PE conduit fittings while ensuring that activities are aligned with the broader objectives of the Company.
This includes production scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, as well as implementing improvements to workflows.
This hands-on role will also facilitate communication and collaboration between various business functions, among them sales, procurement and quality assurance, to ensure that costs, quality and goals are aligned.
Additionally, the role will pioneer fittings production scheduling in AS400 along with various production reports.
This role will also collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, to ensure that customer expectations are met.
