• To safely manufacture products to the required quality and production standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site safety requirements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, GMP and quality standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the manufacturing team.
• Skills & Experience
• Essential
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Desirable
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience working within a GMP or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Working Pattern
• This role operates on a 5-day rotating shift pattern, working Days, Afternoons and Nights, rotating on a weekly basis. Flexibility to work overtime may be required to meet business needs.
