Strategy and Operational Excellence
- Develop manufacturing-excellence strategy, priorities, standards, frameworks, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, reliability, and flexibility.
- Establish standardized problem-solving, process-improvement, performance-management, and operational-control methods.
- Promote continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Lean and Process Improvement
- Deploy Lean principles and tools, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve material flow, production flow, workplace organization, and process stability.
