Required/ Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, or production engineering , preferably in ETO or high-mix environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process design, material flow, and factory layout .
- Experience with CAD tools, ERP/MRP systems, and engineering-to-manufacturing integration .
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and application . • Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Leadership: Proven leadership and project management abilities. Experience leading cross-functional teams • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing floor for extended periods. • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Use of hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
