While our design teams create the 3D models for modular integrated electronics buildings and power distribution equipment, you will focus on how these products are built.
This role serves as the vital link between engineering design and the factory floor.
You will be responsible for designing efficient plant layouts, driving throughput optimization, and providing daily production support to ensure we meet our manufacturing goals with safety and precision.
You will participate actively in the product lifecycle, providing manufacturability feedback to design teams and implementing continuous improvements on the line.

About This Role

What You’ll Be Working On
Plant Layout & Process Optimization: Design and update manufacturing floor layouts to optimize material flow, maximize space utilization, and ensure safe operator movements.
Throughput Optimization: Analyze production data and perform time studies to identify bottlenecks; implement process improvements to balance assembly lines and increase overall facility throughput.
