- Strong understanding of how sports IPs generate and monetise commercial value
- Experience working with major sports ecosystems, leagues and federations
- Hands on operational leadership style with experience staying close to execution while managing senior stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility and experience reporting at board level

Role Overview
