- Coordinate closely with regional leadership teams based in Dubai.

- Background in container shipping lines or shipping agency operations — mandatory
- Strong commercial acumen: P&L management, business development, client acquisition
- Experience managing multiple offices, business units, or legal entities
- Master Mariner background welcome — especially if combined with commercial or operational experience ashore

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director / Country Head to lead and expand our shipping agency operations in Qatar.
- The role will be responsible for full P&L ownership, business growth, operational leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic expansion within the container liner and shipping agency sector.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise from container shipping lines or shipping agencies and possess strong commercial, operational, and leadership capabilities.
