Role Description
Part-time remote Managing Director role providing strategic leadership and governance across key business functions.
The role oversees long-term vision and planning, organizational alignment, policies, operating models, and performance frameworks.
The position coordinates across diverse disciplines, geographies, and cultures to drive measurable growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct senior leadership teams and mentor leaders to foster innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Review and approve major initiatives and investments.
- Monitor financial performance and risk while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent the organization in high-level internal and external forums.
Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience in large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects or organizations.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational governance capabilities.
- Experience defining vision, setting KPIs, and overseeing complex portfolios.
- Financial experience in budgeting, capital allocation, risk management, and interpreting performance data.
- Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams with strong people management, coaching, and change management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- GCC or large international project experience is highly beneficial, and familiarity with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 is a plus.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent senior executive experience may be considered.
