The Chief Operating Officer provides strategic and operational leadership for Qiddiya City in a part-time, remote capacity.
The role oversees core operations, business execution, performance, risk management, resource allocation, and governance for a complex, multi-asset city development.
Responsibilities
- Align business plans with execution and drive performance across functions and projects.
- Review and optimize operational processes.
- Monitor financial and budgeting activities.
- Assess project performance through data and KPIs.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support risk management, resource allocation, governance, long-term planning, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in business planning, strategic development, operational goals, and KPIs.
- Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation, risk assessment, and evidence-based decisions.
- Finance and budgeting skills covering operating budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Extensive executive leadership experience in operations or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage change, drive continuous improvement, and build scalable operational structures.
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
