- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with Global teams
- 5+ years in a Consulting function; experience within the Chemicals sector is preferred
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and desire to build trust with your client
- Proven success contributing to team oriented environments
- Passionate about supporting the development of our Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Demonstrates judgement, maturity, and understanding of client challenges and constraints
- Actively work to develop areas of expertise
