Managing Consultant, Cybersecurity Business Development, Services

About the role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client introductions and cross-sell opportunities across Recorded Future, RiskRecon, and cyber consulting.
• Oversee sales enablement, including collateral, pitch decks, training, and pipeline visibility.
• Align product, sales, consulting, and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals.
• Own end-to-end sales with a focus on cybersecurity consulting bundles.
• Generate leads and referrals for managed Mastercard accounts.
• Track funnel health, conversion efficiency, commercial integration progress, and integration risks.
• Identify issues, take improvement actions, and communicate progress.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience including cybersecurity consulting or technology sales and team management responsibility.
• Experience with security services, consulting, or technologies including cyber threat intelligence, cloud security, incident response, or third-party risk management.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Direct selling or customer-facing experience, including identifying client needs and building cybersecurity proposals.
• Experience identifying business development opportunities and drafting or scoping proposals.
• Ability to build relationships with mid-level and executive-level clients.
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments while balancing strategic and tactical execution.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience applying information security standards and practices such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, or CSA.
• Experience with payment ecosystem security and the security needs of customers in the relevant segment.

Corporate security responsibility

• Follow Mastercard security policies and practices.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
• Report suspected information security violations or breaches.
• Complete mandatory periodic security training.
