Responsibilities
- Be a key lead in HR visual communications outputs, taking ownership of messaging and key stakeholders
- Lead the development, design, distribution and maintenance of high quality print HR collateral including newsletters, brochures, presentations and reports
- Assist the Director Talent Development & People Operations in shaping and strengthening the bank’s employer branding strategy
- Improve the way we listen to, communicate with, engage, and motivate staff by enhancing employee satisfaction score and retention
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee engagement events and ensure smooth execution and a positive employee experience
- Oversee & work closely with the Procurement department to ensure efficiency of procurement documentation and process
- Actively participate in internal creative brainstorms and apply creative thinking to all aspects of work
- Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail by developing and refining the employer brand as well as employee facing content
- Assist the HR team in development and execution of HR strategies aligned with employee needs, including talent attraction, engagement, and retention initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in HR visual communications and employer branding
- Ability to lead the development, design, distribution and maintenance of high quality print HR collateral
- Knowledge of market trends and workforce dynamics across the United Arab Emirates
- Experience in planning and delivering employee engagement events
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

Job Purpose
