Job Purpose

  • To develop and implement EDB's employer brand strategy, formulate external and internal visual communication plans and support in setting policies and procedures to ensure a positive workplace image, leveraging local knowledge of market trends and workforce dynamics across the United Arab Emirates,

Key Role & Responsibilities: Functional Role

  • Be a key lead in HR visual communications outputs, taking ownership of messaging and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development, design, distribution and maintenance of highly quality print HR collateral including but not limited to newsletters, brochures, presentations and reports.
  • Assist the Director Talent Development & People Operations in shaping and strengthening the bank’s employer branding strategy to promote a positive workplace image, leveraging local knowledge of market trends and workforce dynamics across the United Arab Emirates.
  • Improving the way we listen to, communicate with, engage, and motivate staff by enhancing employee satisfaction score and retention.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee engagement events and ensure smooth execution and a positive employee experience.
  • Oversee & work closely with the Procurement department to ensure efficiency of procurement documentation and process.
  • Actively participate in internal creative brainstorms and apply creative thinking to all aspects of work.
  • Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail by developing and refining the employer brand as well as employee facing content, including but not limited to internal communications, HR policies, messages, posts, employee engagement physical and digital materials, and reports.
  • Assist the HR team in development and execution of HR strategies aligned with employee needs, including talent attraction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
