Manager - Warehousing & Logistics Excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics excellence or related logistics roles preferably in FMCG
• Strong in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP.
• Skills in Power BI.
• Knowledge of various tools like TMS, POD management.
• Experience with ERP systems, PBI and other supply chain management tools.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive the things by proactive co-ordination.
• Good in teamwork, attitude for learning and with attention to details.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to supply chain challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders thus helping in driving cost savings projects effectively across the Supply chain.
• Knowledge of key Supply Chain metrices like VFR, MOQ compliance, cost drivers.
• Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities of similar CPG industry Supply chains.
