- Oversee and maintain the quality and structure of digital models and assets in Unreal Engine
- Develop, implement, and enforce technical standards for digital modeling, ensuring compliance across all digital assets
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of model updates from external consultants and designers
- Establish and maintain robust file structures, workflows, and documentation to support technical compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital asset integration and modeling
- Continuously assess and improve technical workflows to enhance the integrity of the digital models
- Implement and execute best practices for asset compliance and digital data management
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Game development, Digital Media, or related field
- 10+ years of proven work experience in developing real time 3D applications in Unreal Engine and/or other virtual production pipelines
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine with extensive experience in digital modeling in Architectural Visualization field
- Strong background in BIM, GIS, and the management of complex digital asset structures
- Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain technical workflows, file structures, and compliance documentation
- Experience with quality control protocols and technical troubleshooting in digital asset management

Role Overview
