Requirements
- Experience in ship management or vessel performance
- Knowledge of planned maintenance systems (PMS)
- Ability to conduct risk assessments
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Communication
- Internal Communication: Senior Managers, Superintendents & Fleet Managers, Ship Officers, IT Dept, MPCS
- External Communication: Various Vendors and Service providers
Purpose
- Work closely with Fleet Managers and other Ship Management team members to highlight areas of improvement
- Monitor Shipnet application and make necessary changes in maintenance schedule in consultation with Managers
- Audit PMS compliance by Vessel and take corrective actions
- Provide technical inputs to Shipnet IT team for PMS change requests
- Evaluate contracted bulk spares, stores and services for procurement
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
- Accountable to ensure a safe place of work, safe systems of work, safe assets, and provision of information and training
- Responsible for personal safety and safety of all personnel under authority
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe methods and systems of work
- Ensure all employees and contractors are competent
- Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported and investigated
- Promote good behaviors and set personal example regarding health and safety
