- Guide GIS based spatial analysis and data driven transport planning solutions
- Manage data collection, validation, and analysis for traffic and mobility studies
- Provide technical expertise in urban mobility, traffic engineering, and multi modal transport systems
- Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and client presentations
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to support project objectives
- Mentor and manage junior staff, interns, and consultants
- Support business development through proposal writing, bid management, and client acquisition
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in transport planning, modelling, or advisory roles
- Proven experience in managing transport planning or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of transport policies, planning methodologies, and mobility systems
- Hands on experience with transport modelling tools (e.g., VISUM, Vissim, Aimsun)
- Proficiency in GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) and data analysis

Required Qualifications

- Experience working with government agencies, urban local bodies, or international clients
- Knowledge of sustainable mobility and smart city initiatives

- Certification or specialization in transport planning or traffic engineering
