Manager, Training and Documentation

What You Will Do

• Onboard new employees across all offices and provide application overviews as required
• Ensure new employees have access to the appropriate software systems by completing pre-testing before they join the department
• Maintain the staff onboarding checklist and coordinate staff movements, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves within the department
• Maintain the IRG’s documentation model, including: Working with the IRG Senior Managers, Managers and Staff to determine which processes need to be documented Assisting the Staff with formatting, language and structure of the documents Creating and reviewing documentation process workflow diagrams Setting deadlines for completion of documentation and working with the IRG Managers and Team Leaders to ensure these deadlines are being met

• Coordinate and maintain user access and perform an annual review for custodian/prime broker portals
• Maintain and update the Certificate of Authorized Signatories list for staff changes and perform an annual review with the IRG Director and Senior Managers
• Provide training to new staff based on team and role requirements
• Support Certificate of Authorized Signatories audit requests, including gathering required documentation and coordinating responses with auditors
• Assist with IRG projects, as required
