Key skills for this role
An undergraduate degree in finance, data science, or a quantitative field. Completion of a relevant designation, such as the CFA or FRM, is an asset.
Experience in data management, business process design, asset management, or a similarly complex environment is an asset.
You have deep knowledge of data management or investment analytics, are a systems thinker, and take ownership of your work. You have a proven track record of delivering quality data in a timely fashion.
You have practical experience with the tools and systems used in modern analytics pipelines. Experience with Python, SQL, AI programming assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot), automation and scheduling platforms (e.g. VisualCron, Prefect), and data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) is an asset. Experience developing AI solutions and programming (Python, SQL) is an asset.
Passionate about technology and are committed to continuous learning. You apply and integrate emerging technologies where they add value. You bring the “art of the possible” to solution design.
Strong problem solver who can identify patterns, generate insights, and approach ambiguous problems with structure and creativity.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
