About the Role
Lead strategy and management consulting engagements alongside design and technology delivery engagements.
Manage client expectations and ensure delivery meets client needs across the full project lifecycle.
Guide clients through complex business problems, brainstorming, and end-to-end customer experience development.
Lead medium and large teams and mentor junior team members.
What You’ll Do
- Manage strategy and design thinking, project scope, timelines, organization, resourcing, implementation, and risk management.
- Manage cross-functional teams and align delivery with project or program vision.
- Act as the day-to-day client contact and independently resolve project and program issues.
- Strategize and create software solutions for clients across varied industry verticals.
- Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
- Identify business development opportunities with existing clients.
- Interpret client challenges and goals and coordinate with design and technology teams.
- Provide thought leadership on existing and emerging design and technology trends.
- Mentor other team members.
