About the Role
Work in a multifaceted consulting role with Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams.
Support senior team members on client projects while building experience in the role.
Help solve complex business problems through intuitive, human-centered digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating digital solutions for clients across multiple industries.
- Support interpretation of client business challenges, goals, processes, markets, and competitive position.
- Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver user experiences.
- Participate in user experience, technology architecture, project planning, and delivery workshops.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, request-for-proposal responses, and related collateral.
Qualifications
- Previous consulting, user experience, or software development experience is an asset.
- Demonstrable passion for and understanding of user experiences and technology.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Desire to learn about emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
