Role Overview
Netflix is hiring a manager for Technology Systems and Operations supporting global Games and VFX production teams from Vancouver.
The role leads creative technology support, workflow automation, service evolution, and operational excellence for Games and VFX studios.
Strategic Leadership and Operations
- Partner with Games and VFX leadership to align technology roadmaps with studio goals and growth.
- Define technology operations strategies using automation and proactive support models.
- Build a high-performing team and lead scalable, secure, innovative technical support services.
- Oversee daily operations, coverage, and performance of the Technology Systems and Operations Specialist team.
- Optimize support workflows, automate troubleshooting, and use analytics to improve service delivery.
- Implement support, issue resolution, incident management, and data-driven operational procedures.
Collaboration and Integration
- Align technology roadmaps with studios, engineering, enterprise operations, and strategic sourcing teams.
- Improve supportability and address recurring technology challenges across Games and VFX production pipelines.
- Integrate Netflix-owned and third-party Games and VFX tools, including emerging GenAI and GenMedia solutions.
