Responsibilities
- Lead end to end technology consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, implementation, and optimization initiatives
- Drive service development & business development by identifying client opportunities and leading proposal pursuits
- Advise clients on business transformation through AI, Generative AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Intelligent Automation and other emerging technologies
- Ensure quality delivery, project governance, risk management and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, innovation, capability building and talent development
- Develop and mentor high performing consulting teams through coaching and capability building
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8–15+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, AI Advisory, or Technology Advisory
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Professional certifications relevant to the candidate's area of specialization (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, SAFe, AI and related certifications) are an advantage
