About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of data management and privacy frameworks aligned with local and international regulatory requirements
- Manage and oversee client engagements across data management and data privacy, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance
- Develop, review, and enhance data privacy and data protection controls including data classification, data handling, third party risk management, data flow mapping, RoPA, and privacy impact assessments
- Conduct data management maturity assessments, compliance reviews, and audits to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements
- Lead workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder engagements to promote effective data management and privacy governance practices
- Review project deliverables, reports, policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure quality and compliance
- Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client presentations related to Data Management, Data Privacy, and Data Security services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of professional experience in Technology, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Security
- Strong understanding of data management and governance frameworks and applicable local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., DAMA, ISO 27701, GDPR, KSA NDMO standards, PDPL)
- Relevant professional certifications such as CDMP, CIPM, CDPO, CDPSE, CIPP, or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and deliver projects within established timelines and quality standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of data management and privacy frameworks aligned with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., DAMA DMBoK, ISO 27701, GDPR, KSA NDMO & PDPL standards).
- Manage and oversee client engagements across data management and data privacy, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project objectives.
- Develop, review, and enhance data privacy and data protection controls, including data classification, data handling, third party/vendor risk management, data flow mapping, Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and privacy impact assessments.
- Conduct Data management maturity assessments, compliance reviews, and audits to evaluate adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, standards, and internal policies.
- Lead workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder engagements to promote effective data management and privacy governance practices.
- Review project deliverables, reports, policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with professional standards.
- Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client presentations related to Data Management, Data Privacy, and Data Security services.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science and related field.
- Minimum 5 7 years of professional experience in Technology, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Security.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance frameworks, and applicable local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., DAMA, ISO 27701, GDPR, KSA NDMO standards, Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and equivalent international regulations and best practices).
