12+ years in Technical Accounting Advisory, Financial Statement Auditing, or similar roles
Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting or finance
CPA or equivalent qualification with US GAAP experience

Experience interacting with the SEC, FASB, or IASB on comment letters, standard-setting projects, or regulatory submissions
Experience in technical accounting or accounting policy at a large public company or Big 4 accounting firm
Experience leading accounting policy adoption projects for newly issued accounting standards across a multinational organization
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
