In this role you will:
• People Leadership : Manage, mentor and coach a multidisciplinary team of Systems Engineers and Verification Specialists. Conduct performance reviews, facilitate career development and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding and retention.
• Systems Integration Leadership: Lead the end-to-end integration of complex ATM systems, providing technical oversight across requirements analysis, system design, interface management, integration planning, verification, certification, deployment and operational transition. Ensure interoperability between internally developed and third-party systems while balancing safety, operational and business priorities.
• Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with Senior Management, Architecture, Software Development, Verification, Infrastructure, Product Owners, Operations and external suppliers to align engineering deliverables with organizational priorities and enterprise roadmaps.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure all engineering activities and deliverables comply with established engineering processes, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory requirements and safety-critical engineering standards (e.g., ED-109A).
• Operational Readiness & Life Cycle Support : Lead operational readiness activities including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Shadow Mode, Go-Live planning and transition to operational support. Ensure deployed systems are effectively maintained through corrective maintenance, enhancements, technology refreshes and ongoing life cycle support.
• Financial and Resource Management : Track team utilization, project effort and resource capacity to ensure alignment with organizational CAPEX/OPEX objectives. Provide regular financial and project health updates to Senior Management while ensuring projects remain within approved funding and resource plans.

This position is a hybrid position with a minimum of three (3) days per week on site.
Occasional travel may be required to operational facilities, customer sites and supplier locations.
