In this role, you will provide leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction for the System Planning function — responsible for hydraulic modeling and system design of pipeline and facility projects, as well as firm transportation capacity determination, management, and posting.
You will ensure the development of optimized, competitive, and reliable system plans that balance safety, cost, schedule, and operational performance. You will lead a team of planning engineers and subject matter experts, aligning planning outputs with business objectives while collaborating across Project Development, Execution, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality project scope and decision support.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in a relevant discipline.
Professional Engineering designation is preferred.
8+ years of related experience in pipeline/system planning, hydraulic modeling, or design.
Understanding of Gas Transmission Midstream (GTM) system and how it operates.
Strong knowledge of pipeline hydraulics, system modeling, and design principles.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development capability.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Office environment with collaboration across multiple project teams.
Frequent travel (~20%) is required for field visits, other offices, conferences and team events. Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States. Valid passport is required.
A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
