Manager, Structural Engineering

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.

Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience across multiple project types (institutional, municipal, health care, transportation, industrial, commercial or residential).

Experience in infrastructure and/or industrial projects (asset).

Strong technical credibility, rigor, and decision‐making skills.

Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in a team lead/manager role.

Excellent communication, relationship‐building, and client‐engagement skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, proactivity, and accountability.

Excellent organizational and technical writing abilities. Additional Assets

Creative mindset; comfortable proposing innovative or unconventional solutions.

Experience with building science projects.

Active listening, constructive expression of ideas, and openness to differing viewpoints.

Curiosity and interest in innovation, engineering advancement, and continuous improvement.

ON: $112,100 – $154,400

QC: $105,000 – $145,000
