Role Overview
- Lead work streams contributing to EGA's strategy and business objectives.
- Syndicate findings and ensure alignment across EGA functions.
- Support definition and execution of strategic priorities and annual strategy cycle.
Strategic Planning Process & KPIs
- Monitor and track KPIs and achievement against targets for all functions.
- Prepare communication vehicles and reports summarizing data and KPIs.
- Provide clear performance reporting to senior leadership regularly.
Value Capture – Internal Consulting
- Develop performance improvement initiatives including operational improvement, OPEX and CAPEX reduction.
- Interpret results from multiple project components and translate findings into recommendations.
- Build strong business cases for new strategic initiatives with quantifiable impact.
- Implement initiatives covering revenue enhancing and cost reduction with measurable impact.
Ad Hoc Request Analysis
- Conduct analysis of ad hoc requests to identify profitable projects.
- Gather, synthesize, analyze and present data and findings.
- Provide timely analytical outputs to support leadership decision making.
Managing Teams
- Coach and mentor up to two analysts to transfer knowledge.
- Lead multifunctional team within a specific work stream.
- Foster collaborative and performance driven team environment.
Authority and Decision Making
- Coordinate implementation of specific strategic initiatives within defined scope.
- Make key recommendations and decisions related to projects.
- Report to Senior Manager – Strategy and Corporate Development.
- Escalate issues beyond defined scope to senior leadership.
