Role Purpose
Manage and coordinate strategic planning, governance, performance management, organizational excellence, and change management activities.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment, monitor performance and initiatives, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and roadmaps, tracking progress, dependencies, and delivery alignment.
- Monitor organizational performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and support leadership reporting.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and administer governance forums and follow-up actions.
- Improve operating models, policies, business processes, and organizational excellence initiatives.
- Support change management, culture initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of desired behaviors.
- Conduct strategic analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessments for future-state organization options.
- Develop plans and progress reports for organization design and governance work.
- Manage direct-report objectives, feedback, appraisals, capability development, and succession activities.
- Develop organization design and governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor compliance of organizational changes with regulations and approval protocols.
