About the Role
Capital One Canada is seeking a Manager, Strategy Analyst for its Strategy and Analytics organization.
The role leads analysts who solve complex problems through data gathering, analysis, hypothesis testing, and business recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to drive growth, profitability, competitive success, and customer outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and mentor analysts while maintaining high-quality analytical and conceptual output.
- Develop product, pricing, marketing, customer experience, fraud, and credit strategies as applicable.
- Use data, modeling, monitoring, and hypothesis testing to improve business and credit performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver strategies from conception through market launch.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of work experience driving business strategy from inception to implementation.
- At least 2 years of direct or indirect people leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, coding, data visualization, strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills.
