About the Role
Operational, execution-focused role supporting Central Accounts across regions.
Primary focus is the Bing business, with scope to expand into other partnerships.
Success depends on Search expertise, platform policy knowledge, and keeping client accounts live and delivering.
Account and Partner Management
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage day-to-day communication.
- Ensure booked campaigns launch on time, run smoothly, and deliver against revenue targets.
- Understand client goals and performance metrics while supporting sales and client relationship growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with ad operations, sales, product, and finance teams.
- Lead regular performance reviews with insights and strategic recommendations.
Search Platform and Policy
- Manage client activity on Bing and other Search platforms.
- Advise on effective account setup and optimization.
- Understand Bing policy and whitelist accounts to keep them compliant and live.
- Help unblock or reinstate suspended accounts.
- Support end-to-end client onboarding and account activation.
