Role overview
The role supports global go-to-market teams across Solution Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Enablement.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Services and has dotted-line relationships with Demo Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Enablement leaders.
Candidate qualifications
- Two to five or more years of leading high-performing teams, ideally in support of sales functions.
- Three or more years working with SaaS products and technologies.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with sales, marketing, or service technologies.
- Knowledge of SaaS businesses, metrics, sales technology, CRM, or marketing technology.
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing talent.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Dynamics 365, or comparable CRM systems.
- Strong written and spoken English, communication, executive leadership, decision-making, and execution skills.
