Role Overview
Lead software development activities as Medpace expands its software development environment and IT department in Mumbai.
Accelerate modernization of clinical and administrative software that supports internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage software engineers and software development projects to implement effective, high-quality software solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and document user requirements.
- Perform project management, oversee system quality, and manage content.
- Coordinate software development projects with company-wide leadership.
- Design, modify, develop, support, install, and document software applications.
- Participate in software quality control and validation through development, code review, and test plans, cases, or scripts.
- Train software engineers and end users.
- Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related area.
- Eight years of software development experience and three years of project lead experience.
- Prior experience in project management, execution, customer delivery, and direct development-team management.
- Development experience with Microsoft .NET and SQL Server.
