Role Overview
Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Site Payments Processor for its Clinical Operations team in Mumbai.
The position works in a team to complete tasks and projects supporting the company’s clinical research operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounts payable and site payment data entry activities for assigned studies.
- Set up system requirements to track and administer site payments.
- Process and calculate site payments.
- Prepare project and site reporting and respond to requests.
- Coordinate site-specific agreements, amendments, and mapping of site payees.
- Code, track, and reconcile site invoices against applicable data sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of related experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organization, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Professionalism and confidentiality are required.
